Introduction

This year, we are providing a year 9 Trip To Paris for 6 days. There
will be exactly 81 places for students, and they will be
accompanied by 6 adult teachers. The total cost per student will be
£511.39. If your child is chosen for the trip, it will mean that they
have been working well and have completed all the work set, this
trip will an excellent reward for your daughter’s work. We
sincerely hope that your daughter will be able come on this trip as
it is full of lots exciting activities and it is an excellent opportunity
for your daughter to immerse herself in the French culture and
practise the language outside of the classroom. This trip will be a
wonderful experience for your daughter!

Whilst on the trip, we will be visiting:

•Le Louvre
•The Louvre is one of the world's largest museums and a historic monument. Nearly
35,000 objects from prehistory to the 21st century are exhibited over an area of 60,600 square
metres (652,300 square feet). With more than 9.7 million visitors each year, the Louvre is the
world's most visited museum.
•Champs Ellysees
•The Champs-Élysées is a street in Paris, France. With its cinemas, cafés, luxury specialty shops
and clipped horse-chestnut trees, the Champs-Élysées is arguably one of the world's most
famous streets, and is one of the most expensive strips of real estate in the world. Several
French monuments are also on the street, including the Arc de Triomphe and the Place de la
Concorde.
