The 2014 SCE in Dermatology was sat by 140 candidates and 56 of those have declared that they are
in UK training. Candidates who did not declare their training details are reported as 'Other' (84).
Pass mark
The pass mark for this examination was established by using the Hofstee compromise method which
combines the mean scores of the standard setting group with UK trainees’ performance.
For the 2014 SCE Dermatology examination the pass mark was 71.3% (142/199).
