 Calculation of operational costs based on individual resource costs and usage time

 Real-time/fast-time simulation. Incident specific response resources

 Response resources include vehicles, vessels, aircraft, personnel, booms, skimmers, dispersant applications equipment, fire-fighting equipment, Search and
