
派十四位代表分別圍成兩圈 (即每圈七人)

其餘組員(三或四位)則為指揮

根據PPT上的圖按次序握手

整個過程全部組員(包括指揮)需要靜默，不得談
話，也不得”做口型”

指揮的組員可輕拍圈內組員的肩膀並指示動作去
解開手鏈

成功解開人鏈後，所有組員請圍圈坐下，不能給
同組的另一圈提供協助

同組兩圈的所有成員皆坐下後唯指完成。
