1.CSO Mapping / Profiling
• Mapped a total of 3,640 CSOs both formal and informal
except Region VII and ARMM, and mapped according to
service areas; To complete the mapping this year to cover two
said regions, and
• CSO Map published in the LGA website.
2. Local Special Bodies (LSB) Strengthening
• 2 regions (Regions V and XIII) provided with training of
trainers (ToT) on LSB Strengthening.
3. Volunteer Program
• Draft policy for volunteer program developed;
• Volunteer Management Service training pilot-tested to Nueva
Ecija , and
• Volunteer program framework developed.

4. Local Governance Watch Program
• Developed “Civil Society Participation Fund”.

Magpayang Public Market at Mainit, Surigao del Norte;
development of Municipal Ecology Park at San Andres
and San Miguel , Catanduanes, among others.

1,025 LGU officials of Bicol and Caraga provided with
Technical Assistance in institutionalizing local planning
and mechanism

Provided technical assistance to LGUs on local
economic development
5.
Funding grants for infrastructure development awarded
to selected LGUs that have passed the SGH and have
performed well during the implementation of SLGP
