OECD 簡介
• OECD（Organisation for Economic Co-operation and
Development ：經濟合作與發展組織），是全球34個國
家組成的政府間國際經濟合作組織，總部設在巴黎。
• 為其 34 個會員國的政府提供一個論壇平台，分享交流經
濟發展經驗，促使會員國間能互相諮詢與合作，協助會員
國決定其經貿政策，協調仲裁的工作並在某些經貿活動建
立規範。
• 各國政府可以達成沒有約束性的建議（軟法律）或是有約
束性的條約，這些文件對國際經濟和貿易環境的改善具有
強大的推動力。
Reliability of the OECD Data
• All of the OECD’s data are submitted from the
governments of OECD member and non-member
countries.
• In order to make them internationally comparable,
the OECD sets up the international standards for
collecting statistics cooperating with the United
Nations and Eurostat. (ex. Standard International Trade
Classification (SITC), International Standard Industrial
Classification of All Economic Activities (ISIC) )
• The governments collect statistical data in their own
countries by such standards, and submit to the
OECD.
About OECD content
• All of the OECD’s content, are results and outcomes of
OECD in-house research and analysis, conducted by
OECD subject matter experts, and 100% funded by
internal membership dues.
• OECD does not provide funding for external projects nor
solicits funding for conducting our research.
• Reports and advise are collective group based findings
that undergo a peer review and consensus process.
• We undertake joint research and project work with
various agencies, e.g. WTO, ILO, FAO, ITF, UNESCO
etc…..and thus we may have joint findings. We do not
aggregate or “re-publish” third party reports.
