Format
• Submit the Regional Comprehensive Plan
narrative in a Word document or PDF file.
• Tables for Objectives 1, & 2 may be submitted
in Excel.
• Tables for Objectives 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7 must be
embedded into the Regional Comprehensive
Plan Word document or PDF file.
• No need to shade/color updates.
• Please format report & tables for printing.

• E-mail to the ab86@cccco.edu inbox on or before
12/31.
• Attached Word or PDF (and if applicable Excel) files.
• In the e-mail subject line - type in the following (in

Draft Report
• The AB86 inbox can only accept files that are 8MB or smaller.
• Options for submitting large reports:
– Use a file sharing program – like drop box, google docs, etc.
– Send us a compressed file.
– Split up the narrative from the tables and e-mail separately.
• Reports will be returned for the following reasons:
– Did not include project management plan information.
– Did not include the narrative supporting Objectives 1-7.
– Did not include the tables related to Objectives 1-7.
