Technical description
Air-cooled liquid cooler for outdoor installation. The unit is used for mechanical liquid cooling and is equipped
with two scroll compressors. The evaporator plate is made of stainless steel. The fans are regulated by
frequency converter. The entire control and regulation are integrated in the cabinet. This cold water chiller is
optimal in the industry~ and comfort air range and can be used for process cooling.

General features
Control cabinet
Of air-cooled liquid coolers with axial fans for outdoor installation.
Structure
Equipped with circuit breaker as a load break switch in the doors, fuses,
contractors for two compactors and thermal contact on fan, interface relays
and terminal block for external connections. Integrated collective alarm and
external start / stop.
Self-feeding, made of galvanised steel sheet, powder coated with polyester paint.
Easy to remove casing panels allow access to the interior of the machine for
maintenance and repair.
Micro processor
Compressors
For automatic system control, this guarantees all time the control function of
the system and shows desired and actual value of the water temperature.
Besides this, the interferences and activated security devices are shown
2 Scroll with oil-level gauge-glass. Equipped with built-in thermal protection witch, oil
sump heater, installed on rubber damping elements. The KM Cool 150 has 2 power
levels
Fans
Axial fans directly coupled to a three-phase motor. Vent with safety guard. Electronic
speed control of condenser fans. This device allows the cooling operation of the unit
by an ambient temperature of -20°C.
Cooling circuit
This unit has a cooling circuit made of copper tubing, in this model with
the following components: Electronic expansion valve, electro-magnetic
valve in the fluid pipeline, filter drier, liquid and humidity indicator, high
and low pressure switch (fixed setting) and safety valve.
Water circulation
Consists of evaporator, temperature probe, frost protection sensor,
differential water pressure switch, circulating pump, expansion vessel,
safety valve.
Condenser
Tubes made of copper with aluminium lamination.
Evaporator
Plate evaporator made of stainless steel with a loop on the refrigerant side and on the
water side.
