“Moving” or “Moved: = Rachaph
Rachaph occurs only three times in the Old
Testament. In Jeremiah 23:9 it is translated
“shake” and in Deuteronomy 32:11 it is
translated “flutter” so the idea seems to be
mainly that of a rapid back and forth motion.
