A time schedule for client/organizer to

Cancellation policies and release of rooms
will be based on the attrition schedule as
agreed between hotel and client/organizer.
* Hotel staff must explain this policy in detail
and must ensure that client/organizers are
aware of what they are committing.

the cut-off-date to avoid surprises and misunderstanding.
Cancellation policy
Attrition and Cancellation policy is
based on the final room block and
banquet seats confirmation by
client/organizer.
(Usually based on a 120, 90, 60,30
day schedule).
* Hotel should ideally work on a 30
day full payment policy and 100%
non-refundable cancellation policy.

