- Race comitee to mature their decision both on shore and on water
- Competitor to define the final tuning of their rigs prior to go off shore
- Competitor to settle their decision to attend to a race
Collateral effects :
- Cost impact by saving need to go on water to collect weather data
- Liability of comitee by providing information regarding weather
conditions on water to the racers
- Provide additional potential web exposure to event parnairs
