• After construction the value of compensation for land use is
calculated in the amount of 3.3 dinars per m2 of production
facilities, or 1.65 dinars per m2 for handling space, and 8.25
dinars per m2 for commercial buildings

• Beside reduction of 30% calculated value fee on time
payments, the obligation can be made in 36 monthly
installments
• Estimated fee may be reduced to 40% if the investor from
