Securus Call Center
If the user doesn’t know their location, a 3 way call is created between the Securus call center, the
user, and 911. The user can be tracked through the U-TDOA network and help will be sent.
Securus call center stays on the call, to confirm that the user has received proper emergency help.
U-TDOA: Getting the location of the user when needed
Why should PERS dealers
look at eResponder as a PERS solution?
• eResponder is an affordable solution with the lowest device cost in the
industry and low data/platform fees.
• eResponder is a two way voice cellular solution, customers aren’t tethered to a
speakerphone, they can get help anywhere inside and outside the home.
• Securus call center has access to the US government’s U-TDOA tracking
network via 3 way calling to get the accurate location of the user
• It’s forecasted that 15% to 20% of the current 1.7million medical alert users will
get rid of their land lines in 2013 and need a cellular solution
• eResponder is the first mobile cellular medical alert system that is small & light
enough to wear around the neck and is waterproof for the shower
