TERMS & CONDITIONS
PURCHASING
Purchases must be made online, using the unique Promotional Code supplied.
All purchases must be completed by credit card
The traveller must be supplied with the eVoucher (not the Tax Invoice) which will be sent as an attachment to
the confirmation email address nominated by the ITO.
Each eVoucher should be treated like cash
Lost, stolen or damaged eVouchers cannot be replaced or refunded
REFUNDS
Up to 50 vouchers will be refunded at no charge to the ITO allocated the promotional code
A charge of $20 + GST will be applicable per eVoucher, where requests exceed 50 eVouchers per company.
This will be deducted from the total refund value
The purchase price for each eligible voucher will be refunded. An eligible voucher means the ticket is intact,
not damaged in any way and the order number and barcode are intact, the ticket has not been used
(scanned)
All requests for refunds must be done so in writing, using the refund form provided
The refund request form must contain the order number and the barcode or ticket number on the printed pdf
to be eligible. The form must be accompanied by all eVouchers included in the request for refund.
Any used, damaged or illegible vouchers that accompany the form will not be refunded
Any lost eVouchers cannot be refunded or replaced
All requests for refunds must be submitted by 19 April 2013. Forms and eVouchers received after this date
will not be eligible for refund
Refunds will be paid to the credit card that was used for the initial booking
Refunds will be processed in approximately 21 days of receiving the request

Redeeming the eVoucher for 110 Coupons
A printed eVoucher is provided to the traveller which is exchanged at selected locations
inside the Show for Carnival Ride coupons. There are three exchange booths onsite, two
are located in Kids Carnival and one in the Coca – Cola Carnival (shown on map following
page).
The eVoucher must be exchanged at one of the booths for the Ride Coupons, which are
handed over to gain entry to each ride.

Redeeming the eVoucher for Coupons
The A rintable eVoucher that is provided to traveller must be exchanged at the Show to obtain the 50 Ride Coupons and
and 4 x Meal Vouchers. There are three exchange booths onsite – two located in Kids Carnival and one in the Coca–Cola
Carnival. The Evoucher must be exchanged at the booths for the ride coupons and meal vouchers.

AGENT’S PURCHASING GUIDELINES
Below is a summary of the purchasing process, however screenshots have been
provided in the following pages.

Enter your Promotional Code and click “go”
Click on the “Agent” button on the top right hand side of the website
Choose the product and click “buy”
Select the quantity required and ‘add tickets to order”
Accept the Terms and Conditions, then click “continue” to complete the
transaction
Create a new account or log in with your existing account and complete the sale
with your credit card
You will receive an email containing a pdf attachment. This is the ticket for the
Customer, please print and provide the ticket (with barcodes) to the traveller.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TRAVELLER
1. The traveller brings the E-voucher with them to the
Show. It is NOT their entry ticket. They must also have
a valid Showlink admission ticket to enter the event
2. The traveller exchanges the 50 Ride & Meal EVoucher
or the 110 Ride Coupon eVoucher for coupons at one
of three booths located inside the Show.
3. The Evoucher must not be damaged in any way. If
lost, stolen or damaged, it cannot be refunded or
replaced.
4. These coupons can then be used on rides or at the
designated food outlets (12 outlets) listed previously
5. The number of ride coupons required per ride varies
from 4-15 coupons per ride.
