Leader, outlines the structure and methodology of the IPA
2013 Western Balkans Project and introduces the Resident
Experts in the beneficiary countries.
Resident Experts describe the planning actions from a
technical-operational viewpoint, as the expression of the
international police and judicial cooperation to fight against
serious and organized crime and as a shared security tool for
Europe.
