VM Greeting based on CA Presence
You can inform correct your presence to your customer or
extension user by voice greeting based on presence of Panasonic CA
application (Communication Assistant).
- For example, if CA presence is “Gone Home”,
“Hello this is Mike. I have gone home today. Please leave message.”
- CA version has to be 4 or later.
- CA mode has to be Pro, Supervisor or Operator. (Not Basic)
- This feature works even after CA is logged off.
- Only CA customizing and VM recording are required.
Call 500 (VM) and dial
password + 4 +1,
“To change No Answer
greeting, press 1. To change
busy….. To change absent
message greeting, press 6.”
