Today, we are going to review the

Then, we are going to complete
some awesome winter mad libs!

Winter Creative Writing
Brainstorming
Get into groups of three or four for our next
activity.
Part 1: Scattergories
You will have a few minutes to brainstorm
words related to winter.
Each word must start with a different letter
of the alphabet.
Your group will get a point if you have a word
that no other group has.

Each group gets to pick a winter-related
word that no other group can use in their
creative writing.
We will go in order by the most points.
Write down your prohibited words as each
group chooses them.

As a group or individually, complete the
story board.

A 1-2 sentence description
A simple picture
Make sure to follow the parts of the plot
structure.
