Key Decision Makers--Monthly Calls
– KDM (Key Decision Makers) started as a meeting of the Lead Campuses
Executive Sponsors - Amherst and Worcester. Campuses added to the governing body as they
started to roll out Summit.
– The goal of KDM is to govern the direction of the functionality, promote usage and
understanding on the campuses and act as mediator in the event that conflicting priorities
cannot be resolved at the leads level.
– Review project statuses.
– New projects over a 40hr effort need to be reviewed at the KDM level for approval.
– Resourcing breakdown is discussed at KDM particularly how much to put towards
maintenance and how much to put towards new projects. If more resourcing is deemed
necessary, it is this group that will take the business case to their respective campus VC of A&F
Summit Leads call is every other week
Technical Upgrade to new 11G system took place in April 2013.
Upgrade provided us with a little sleeker look to the summit application
