5th CAER-IFPRI Annual Conference
Background
China Agricultural Economic Review (CAER) is delighted to announce its fifth annual
conference, which is being organized by the CAER editorial office and International
Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). CAER is an academic journal published by
Emerald in association with China Agricultural University and Chinese Association of
Agricultural Economists, and has been accredited for SSCI (Social Science Citation
Index) and SCIE (Science Citation Index Expanded). The 2013 conference is aiming to
explore the related issues and countermeasures of agricultural and rural
development in both China and the rest of the world. Internationally renowned
scholars and policy makers will be brought together to present and discuss their
insights and suggestions.

All submissions will be peer reviewed. Author(s) of the accepted papers, or at least
one of them, are required to register and present their work at the conference.
Proceedings and Certificates
Depending on the number and quality of papers submitted, the organizer may publish
selected conference papers in the form of a special journal issue. The advanced
papers will be invited to submit to CAER. The Conference Certificate is based on
requirement.
