Accountability Policy
• RecoThe ACC board should define and adopt in 2011
and periodically review a policy on community
accountability that mandates an agreed reporting
framework on aspects of ACC performance and
capacity that are of community interest but are not
required by external authorities.
• Once a satisfactory set of measures is developed and
has been reported, targets for the measures should
be updated as part of the ACC planning process, with
community input.
