BDS Finance Organization Announcement
As we continue to enhance our Finance
team’s leadership capabilities, and rotate
leaders across the business to gain and
share important skills and experience, I am
pleased to announce Will Station as
director of Finance and Chief Financial
Officer for P-8 Programs. Will replaces
Tiffany Harrison, who in November was
named CFO for Boeing Test & Evaluation in
Engineering, Operations & Technology
(EO&T).
Will’s assignment is effective Jan. 16. He will be responsible for overall
financial management of the P -8 program, including the P -8A for the U.S.
Navy and P-8 variants for international customers. He will report to Rick
Fichera, director of Finance and CFO for Mobility, Surveillance &
Engagement, and Jimmy Dodd, P -8 vice president and program manager,
and will serve on the P -8 leadership team.
Most recently, Will served as director for Financial Operations at Boeing
Commercial Airplanes, where he was responsible for developing and
executing business strategies and plans for optimal use of Financial
Operations people, processes, and tools at BCA and in conjunction with
enterprise initiatives. In nearly a decade with the company, he has served
in management roles for Financial Planning & Analysis on the 777 program
and in Accounting for BDS, and was an EO&T analyst. Before joining
Boeing, he served as manager of internal audit and cost analysis at
Southwestern Bell Company and as a Bank of America regional branch
manager, responsible for multiple banking centers.
Will holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Washington University in
St. Louis, Missouri, and an Executive Master of Business Administration
degree, with an emphasis in international business, from St. Louis
University.
Please join me in congratulating Will and Tiffany in their new
assignments.
