Prices include:
- hot water
- sheets, pillowcases, blankets, duvets and pillows
- The program of sporting activities offered, program according to season
- Kids' club, program according to season
- Cinema, program according to season
- use of the heating system during the winter (maximum temperature +21°C)
- Ski depot with boot-dryer and -sterilizer
- covered garage for motorbikes and bikes
- VAT at 10%
- rubbish disposal fee and electricity consumption
- time to depart (until 10am on departure day)
GENERAL TERMS & BOOKING CONDITIONS
A. Arrival and departure times:
ARRIVAL: apartments/chalets from 15.00 to 19.00
DEPARTURE: apartments/chalets from 08.00 to 10.00a.m. (on request also at 07.00 a.m.)
B. Payments with EC-cards, pin cards and credit cards are accepted only with a minimum amount of
€ 300,00.
C. Special offers, discounts are not cumulative and must be paid cash.
D. Down payment: apartments/bedrooms/chalets: € 200,00. The deposit should be remitted
according to the terms outlined in the Booking Offer sent by the campsite. € 10,00: booking fees.
E. Cancellation: the reservation can be cancelled free of charge with written notice up to 30 days
prior the start of the booked period. In any case booking fees are not refundable.
F. Dates of arrival and departure are binding! In case of late arrivals or advanced departure, guests
will be charged of the whole reserved period.
G. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside apartment/chalet.
H. Apartments/chalets: Normally, apartments A1-A8 are given from Saturday to Saturday, whereas
Chalets C1-C8 from Sunday to Sunday.
Caution: € 100,00 in cash.
Compulsory end-cleaning (A1 € 30,00/A2-A3-A4 & C1-C8 € 40,00/A5-A6 € 45,00/A7-A8 € 50,00).
Extra cleaning of kitchen € 20,00.
Bed linen (one change per week) included in price, bath- and kitchen-towels for rent, on request
(Bed linen extra per change per person € 6,00/Bath towels per change per person € 4,00/Kitchen towels
per change € 3,00)
