Pre-tax contributions
• All employees can contribute up to 30% of eligible pay, up to the IRS limit:
— $17,500 if under age 50
— $23,000 if age 50 or older, or turning age 50 in 2014
• All employees set up with automatic 5% pretax contribution and enrollment in the
Financial Engines Professional Management Program
• Motorola Mobility matches 100% of employees’ contributions, up to the first 4%
• Employees are immediately vested in their contributions; vested after one year in
Motorola Mobility’s contributions
After-tax contributions
• Can contribute up to 20% of eligible pay
• Immediately vested
• Combined pre-tax and after-tax contribution for 2014 is $51,000
