What is AASE?
 AASE is an NVQ3 which will develop your ability to plan, implement,
review and progress in eight key areas (or modules) :
• Technical skills
• Tactical skills
• Physical conditioning
• Attitudes and mental skills necessary for excellent performance
• Your own lifestyle
• Your sporting career
• Communication and working effectively with others
• Maintaining the health and safety of yourself and others
What must I do?
 Learn to Live the Life of a elite athlete
 Keep a record (e-portfolio ) of evidence of
your work
 Apply 16 weekly in a combination of home,
club and self directed training and athlete
education

• Will event manage and officiate EHA Younger Age competitions
• Can begin their coaching careers within their home club
