“通渭小曲”属于古今盛行于中国西北地区的地方曲艺演唱
形式之一。Tongwei Xiaoqu is one of folk art forms popular
in northwest China.
其主曲调是发源于陕西关中地区的古老“眉户”曲，在长时间的传
唱中柔和了地方民间小调，并且不断渗入了世代传唱人的思想感情。
Its tune derived from ancient "Meihu" melody in Central Shanxi
Plain, and was combined with local folk tunes and emotions of
generations' art performers.

在秦腔剧种形成之后，与之相比，这种
规模较小的“地摊”演唱就慢慢被当地
人称作 “小曲” Compared with

Xiaoqu is smaller.
通渭乡村长期以来交通的偏僻和信息的相对闭塞，为这种古老“眉户”曲的保
护和传承创造了条件。 The rural areas of Tongwei is remote, obscure
and information-blocked, which creates favorable conditions for
the preservation and inheritation of ancient "Meihu" melody.
在文化娱乐活动较为丰富的今天，这种古老“眉户”曲仍然是通渭人茶余饭后，喜
庆之余，在庭院、地滩、村落里活动的主要文化娱乐形式之一。 Despite the rich
and various entertainment forms nowadays, this ancient "Meihu" melody stays as
one of main entertainment forms played in yards, stalls and villages during festivals
and events.
是一种古老的山里人的民间“音乐会”
an ancient folk "concert" for villagers.
这种传统文化艺术在现代信息社会里受到了各种传媒形式的冲击，如果不加以保护，它将趋
于灭亡。我们以保护当地非物质文化遗产，弘扬传统文化，宣传青树精神为目标，组建了当
地农民参加的“通渭小曲艺术农民自乐班”。This traditional art form has been
threatened by multiple media forms in modern information society, and is on the
verge of extinction. So we set up a "self-entertainment team of Tongwei Xiaoqu"
in order to preserve local intangible cultural heritage, carry forward
traditional culture and develop Evergreen spitit.

购置所需乐器，包括：三弦、板胡、二胡等乐器，广泛吸纳农民参与。
Purchasing musical instruments needed, such as three-stringed, banhu and twostringed Chinese fiddle and attracting farmers to participate.
搜集整理通渭小曲民间所有曲目，汇编成册，作为图书站的图书，
提供读者阅读，使更多人欣赏和传承。 All songs have been
collected, organized, and compiled into an book for more people to
read, appreciate and learn.
请民间小曲老艺人加入“自乐班” 口传心授，现场指导，培养一
批年轻演唱人员。Senior folk melody artists are invited to “selfentertainment team” to teach and instruct learners in order to
cultivate more young artists.
组织人员根据小曲曲牌，编写宣传现代科技文化及致富途径，宣
传图书馆服务的新曲目 organizing people to compile songs to
publicize modern technology and culture as well as ways to get richer,
and songs to popularize library service based on the tune name (qupai).
组办村民通渭小曲演唱擂台赛鼓励老年人、妇女积极参与，逐步扩大了“自乐班”
队伍。 Holding singing contest of Tongwei Xiaoqu among villagers to encourage the
old and women to participate, which has strengthened “self-entertainment team”.
闲暇之余，人们弹唱小曲，自娱自乐，展示他们的文化技艺，宣泄他们丰富的感情。
People play and sing Xiaoqu to entertain and express themselves in
spare time.

项目反思 Reflection on the program
1、受资金限制，对流行于通渭民
间的小曲采集不完整，所印小曲
曲谱集数量有限，不能满足农民
读者的需求。Due to limitation of
funds, melodies popular in Tongwei
collected is not complete. The
limited number of music book can’t
satisfy farmer readers’ demands.
2、图书站规模太小，无法满足
当地所有社区村民学习娱乐的需
求。
The small scale of book centers
can’t satisfy all the local villagers
demand on learning and recreation.
今后的设想 Our plan
1、目标：继续提高社区村民文化科技素养;创设社区村民
愉快和谐的生活环境;发挥社区图书站的为民服务功能。
Objectives: to further improve cultural and technological
literacy of community villagers; to create a pleasant and
harmonious living environment for villagers; and to give
service function of community libraries into full play.
2、措施：A.多方筹措资金购置更多活动器材 to purchase
measures: more equipment through multi-channel fundraising;
B. 继 续 搜 集 整 理 编 纂 民 间 小 曲 曲 谱 to keep
collecting, organizing and compiling folk music book;
C.更多吸纳老人妇女参与小曲演唱 to attract the
old and women into singing and playing.
D.更新增加图书站图书的品类数量，满足村民
阅读需求 to update and increase kinds of books in book
center to satisfy villagers’ demand on reading.
