Will we ever see an angel ?

Why did God give such power to Satan ?
 Why do some men have so much power ?
 Power of choice - made the wrong choice
 Devil created as a good being ( Gen. 1:31 ) - but made the wrong choice and became evil
 Used to test and purify a people for heaven !
