2011 PATA Face of the Future
 This year, voting for Face of the Future was opened to all PATA members.
 Five finalists with the highest number of votes have been unveiled.
 The five finalist have each submitted a video detailing some of the
challenges they expect to face as future travel and tourism leaders.
 Videos will be judged by the PATA Executive Board, with the winner and
runner up hosted to the Conference.
Tomorrow’s Tourism
 Students from PATA member school submitted their ideas for a




more sustainable model of measuring tourism in the form of a
video.
More than 30 entries were received.
An expert panel of judges will select three finalists.
The three finalists will invited to the conference in Beijing and
awarded a subsidy for their trip.
In Beijing the finalists will take part in a debate with PATA Life
Members and industry professionals, where the champion will
be decided.
My PATA My Story
•Current and past PATA Members and staffers were invited to submit stories of their
experiences with PATA for the past 60 years.
•Stories will be complied into a book titled “My PATA My Story”, print sponsor by
PATA Singapore Chapter.
•“My PATA My Story” will be distributed all delegates of
