This lesson is designed for:

 4 th -6 th Graders

 Middle class, suburban schools

 Students that finish their in-class assignments early

 This lesson should be done individually

 Students should have access to a computer with headphones or a space where noise will not bother others

 Conditions: At a computer with headphones

 Performance: Students will be able to recognize important

American landmarks. Students will also improve their understanding of the history of each monument and how they relate to United States history

 Criteria: Students should obtain at least an 80% on their quiz to show that they have mastered the material

 

 The statue has become an iconic representation of freedom
