FORMAT
36 medal, 4 balls (2 best balls). The competition is opened to golf pros (PGA
Members) and amateurs with exact hcp. limited to 24.0. Maximum 36 teams
(order of entry); in case of a higher number of teams, a “waiting list” will be
opened. Every pro will play with three amateurs, ladies and/or gentlemen; the
teams, pros and amateurs, must be the same for the 2 days; the amateurs will get
3/4 of their handicaps. The final ranking, individual for the pros, and for the teams,
will be based on the total final results of the 2 days (36 holes).

ENTRY FEES FOR AMATEURS
500.– CHF for each player.

The amateurs of the first seven teams will receive silver prizes.

CONDITIONS
ENTRIES
Entries will close on Saturday, September 20th, at 6.00 pm. They have to be
sent by e-mail to the address info@golfascona.ch.
The pros have to specify, within the entries deadline, the names of the amateurs
that they will be going to play with. Professionals are required to play in both
Pro-Am’s (all 3 days).
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations have to be sent by e-mail to the address info@golfascona.ch by
Monday, September 29th.
In case of any cancellations after the deadline, the Golf Club Patriziale may claim
500.– CHF as a fine. The pros will be responsible for the team. (Entry-PaymentsStarting time-etc). They are requested to verify their entries by calling the golf secretary after the entries’closing.
STARTING TIMES
Pros must start with at least one of the amateurs. In case all the amateurs are not
ready to start at the time established by the committee, the team and the pro will
be disqualified.
PRIZE GIVING
All the pros receiving a prize are obliged to attend the prize giving.
In case of absence, the pro will not receive a prize.
Prizes are cumulative.
OTHERS
Conditions of Competition and local rules will be established by the tournament
committee the day before the pro-am.
Shoes with “soft spikes” must be worn.
