"Refrigerant Management Program (RMP) Exploratory
Ad Hoc Committee"




Organized by ASHRAE to determine the level of
participation which can be expected from stakeholders
in terms of developing and implementing an RMP
The RMP will be a mutually supported program in
which ASHRAE participates as a stakeholder
The goal of the RMP will be to minimize refrigerant
emissions throughout their life-cycle (production, use
in systems, recovery at the end of system life, and final
destruction)
RMPEC will submit their final report to TechC and a
decision will be made about moving forward with an
Implementation Committee
