deputise for him/her in

• Assisting Hon. Treasurer in
collection of receipts and
payments.
• Assuming responsibilities of
Hon. Treasurer in his/her
absence.
• Singaporean, aged ≥ 21
• Shall be responsible for
all financial matters.
• Executing an annual audit
of the Society’s finances.
• Liaising with the
Sociology Department on
all finance-related
matters.
• Singaporean, aged ≥ 21
Hon. General
Secretary
• Shall keep all records, except
financial, of the Society and
shall be responsible for their
correctness.
• Keep minutes of all General
and Committee meetings.
• Maintain an up-to-date
Register of Members.
Events
• Have excellent time management
and organisational skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and
outgoing.
• Able to establish productive
relationships with people at all
levels.
• Have a positive and adaptable
approach to problem solving.
• Innovative and creative.
• be able to work as part of a team.
• possess an eye for detail.
Publicity
• Have basic Photoshop skills and
HTML know-how, or at least is
willing to learn those skills.
• Able to plan marketing
strategies in liaison with the PR
and HR directors.
Human Resource
• Take charge of managing
relationships & the disseminating
of info between the main
committee and its members.
• Organize non-official bonding
activities.
• Assist Hon. Gen. Secretary when
necessary.
• Equipped with good
management skills—manpower
allocation.
Public Relations
• Take charge of all external
communication & relationships
outside the Society.
• Also, the public image and
marketing of the Society and its
events to the general school
population.
• Have good interpersonal
communicative skills.
