GEARS Day!
Girls in Engineering and Related Sciences
Co-Chairs: Erin Kinnevy and Hilary Grosskopf
A day for high school girls from Philadelphia and surrounding areas to
meet women engineers at Penn, participate in fun engineering
workshops, and socialize with other high school girls interested in math,
science, and engineering!
Date of GEARS Day: A Saturday in April, 2012
To be announced soon!
Volunteer!
Volunteers help with check-in, workshops, food, and planning. Our goal
is to help high school girls understand the value of pursuing engineering
in college and as a career (and to have fun!). Volunteer details and signup to come early next semester.
