DLC Restructuring
“My goal is to do the most with the
least—get the maximum output
with the minimum input.”
Structure Proposal
Rational
 Streamlining lessens the burden on classroom
teachers and eases the task of having to fill so
many positions
 Positions reflect the changes in NC FCCLA policies
and procedures, especially since we no long
conduct district-level competitive events
 Allows for flexibility and local variation, regarding
the “Staff Development Coordinator” role
 Treasurer ensures consistency and allows other
DLC members to focus on programmatic
responsibilities
