Newcomers Package
Interested in reaching customers new to the Peach State?
Each month, The 78th Force Support Marketing Office conducts multiple briefings
across base that reach ALL newcomers assigned to Robin’s – military, civilians, and
family members.
There are special briefings for First Term Airmen; Military Newcomers from all
Branches of Service; Military Spouses; Families of Deployed Military, Civilians. We
reach most branches of Service – Air Force, Army & Marines!
In addition to these regular monthly newcomer briefings, we brief at Squadron
Commanders’ Calls, Organizational Meetings, and more as requested. These
briefings reach the entire base population.
When we brief, we have the opportunity to share information and giveaways. This is
the perfect opportunity to introduce your products and services through printed
advertising, logo merchandise, samples, or other suitable giveaways that will
introduce your business to new customers. Everyone loves to take home something
free…and, there’s no better way to make your business known to new arrivals.

Bonus Buy Advertising Packages offer high visibility in Robin’s Recreational Facilities
The main purpose of Bonus Buy Packages is to provide our business partners a 24/7
advertising presence in their choice activity in exchange for $1200 in cash, prizes, or
giveaways used to enhance the special events of that activity throughout the year.
That means 24/7 advertising for only $100 per month!
As a sponsor of any FSS special event, whether a single event or a package deal, you
can also purchase a Bonus Buy Advertising Package and take advantage of the
following: display your business brochures, flyers, or business cards in the chosen
activity for a 12-month period; display at least one poster-size ad 22” x 28” in the
facility (printed at no charge); and, where available, take advantage of display
advertising on monitors in high traffic areas or banner display. Note: Bonus Buy
offers an advertising presence in a facility and does not include benefits associated
with sponsorship of specific events. Event related benefits are a part of sponsorship
Packages.
____ BONUS BUY: Heritage Club
For an additional $1200 in cash, prizes, or giveaways, you can reach the military market
year-round at Robin’s Heritage Club. Robin's club is now a collocated club serving
both officers and enlisted military as well as base civilians and contractors with
dining and lounge operations. Heritage Club operates a catering operation offering
a variety of party rooms and a ballroom to support small and large functions from
private parties to conferences to weddings and receptions. Bonus Buy funds provide
support for programs offered in this location: First Friday Themed Social Hour
Events, Sunday Brunches, Specialty Dining Events, Holiday Events, NFL Playoffs &
Super Bowl Parties, Membership Parties, Special Membership Promotions and
Discounts, and annual Air Force Club Membership Drive Events. Club membership
exceeds 3000, plus, regular dining, catered events, and most special events are open
to nonmembers.

For an additional $1200 in cash, prizes, or giveaways, you can reach the military
market year-round at the Robins Bowling Center. Centrally located near
offices, dorms, Outdoor Recreation and base headquarters. The Bowling
Center Snack Bar caters to hundreds of diners daily in addition to its bowling
programs. Bonus Buy funds provide support for programs offered in this
location – Glow-in-the-Dark/Thunder Alley Events, Leagues for all ages and
interests, Tournaments, Holiday Events, along with Organizational and Private
Parties. The Bowling Center serves about 3000 customers weekly.
____ BONUS BUY: Fitness Center Sports & Recreation Complex
For an additional $1200 in cash, prizes, or giveaways, you can reach the military
market year-round by at the Robins Fitness Center. Bonus Buy funds provide
support for programs offered in this location – Turkey Trot Run, Basketball
Tournaments, Volleyball Tournaments, Fitness Contests, Racquetball Tournaments,
Family Fun Runs and more. The center serves over 1000 people daily.
____ BONUS BUY: Golf Course
For an additional $1200 in cash, prizes, or giveaways, you can reach the military
market year-round at Robins Pine Oaks Golf Course. Golf Course is open to
the public and offers great play and scenic views to local golfers. The Golf
Course and Fairways Grille serve hundreds of customers daily. Bonus Buy funds
provide support for programs offered in this location – Monthly Club
Tournaments, Club Championships, Holiday Events, Seasonal Programs, Golf
Clinics for all ages, and Catered Events. Customers served at the Golf Course
total about 2000 weekly.

For an additional $1200 in cash, prizes, or giveaways, you can reach the military
market year-round at Robin’s Information, Tickets and Travel (ITT), a fullservice, leisure travel agency. This popular facility offers everything from local
and regional attractions to cruises to all parts of the world. Of course, ITT
offers the best prices in tickets to popular attractions and theme parks. ITT
annual events include a big Recreation and Travel Show with attendance up to
2000, and fun-filled events like kick-off day for seasonal football ticket sales.
Bonus Buy funds provide enhancements primarily for programs - giveaways at
their fairs, customized ITT tote bags, luggage tags, and other items of interest
to those who travel.
____ BONUS BUY: Library
For an additional $1200 in cash, prizes, or giveaways, you can reach the military
market year-round at the Robin’s Base Library. An information and internet hub
for airmen, students, and families alike, it offers outstanding services and
programs to the Robin’s Community. Known for its innovative programs, Bonus
Buy funds provide support for the following – a Summer Reading Programs,
Teen Programs and something for all ages, preschoolers to adults, Story Hours,
Contests, Holiday Programs, Programs for Families of Deployed Military, and
much more. On an average day, the Library serves as many as 500 customers.
Participation in the Summer Reading & other programs runs close to 1000.

____ BONUS BUY: Outdoor Recreation Center
For an additional $1200 in cash, prizes, or giveaways, you can reach the military market
year-round at Robin’s Outdoor Recreation Center which operates an outdoor
adventure program, pools, recreational vehicle storage lots, a vehicle resale lot,
along with sports, camping, boating, and party rentals. The number of customers
using the center tops 10,000 a month during the summer. Bonus Buy funds provide
support for programs offered in this location – Outdoor Adventure Classes, swimming
classes, Day Trips, and more!
____ BONUS BUY: Youth Programs
For an additional $1200 in cash, prizes, or giveaways, you can reach the military market
year-round by at the Robin’s Youth Center, popular gathering place for youth ages 918, and the School Age Program which provides before and after school care and
activities for youth ages 5-12. Bonus Buy funds provide support for programs
offered in these locations – Spring Fest, Teen Camps, Lights on Afterschool, Fall Fest,
Holiday Activities, Sports Programs and much more! Participation for all ages
including parent involvement runs over 5000 weekly.
____ BONUS BUY: Airman & Family Readiness Center
For an additional $1200 in cash, prizes, or giveaways, you can reach the military market
year-round at Robin’s Airman & Family Readiness Center. The Center offers the
Robin’s Community information and instruction on a broad range of topics - finances,
education, employment, relationships, family, deployment, retirement, and other
practical matters related to successful living. Bonus Buy funds provide enhancements
primarily for family oriented programs designed to entertain and educate both
children and adults, especially families of deployed military. Examples of programs
include – a presentation of awards to children of deployed military recognizing them
as Home Front Heroes; KUDOS, TAP, Heart Link that connects military families with
community contacts while providing a fun day of activities for children; …to name a
few.
