1. Relationship-based care model refers to our provider training and overall approach to how care is delivered. Because our providers are salaried, they’re incentivized to spend more time with
patients to ensure positive healthcare outcomes in the long-term. We have one EHR so notes are captured from visit to visit to provide more continuous care. Our appointments start on time and the
entire visit is spent with a patient’s PCP.

Scheduled remote visits
One Medical members have the ability to schedule a
remote visit with their selected primary care provider.
These visitors are billed as a typical office visit.
Virtual care
One Medical members have access to 24/7 on-demand
virtual care, from Video Chats and messaging with

care, from same/next-day in-person appointments
and 24/7 on-demand virtual care to drop-in lab
services. Our providers spend more time with

The One Medical app gives members control of their
health, making it easy to book visits, request
prescription refills and renewals, and have all of
their health history at their fingertips.
All One Medical providers are trained in and
practice a human-centered clinical approach,
ensuring that patients receive the highest quality
and most compassionate care possible. This
means understanding and treating the whole
person at the point of care in a warm,
non-judgemental environment where patients of
all backgrounds are welcome. Our general
practitioners place a strong emphasis on fostering
patient-provider relationships based on trust and

providers are salaried employees and we cap the
number of patient visits they can schedule per day

How easy is it to implement the One
Medical benefit?
One Medical’s contracting is turnkey and simply
requires an executed contract, eligibility file and
collaboration with our Client Success team on a
unique communication plan.
What’s the client reporting cadence?
We partner with organizations to establish a
reporting cadence that aligns with their initiatives.
Do you offer performance guarantees?
Yes, we work with clients to implement PG’s for
satisfaction, engagement and outcomes.
What insurance carriers do you
partner with?
One Medical bills a patient’s insurance provider for
scheduled appointments (both in-office and
remote). Our on-demand 24/7 Video Chats, however,
are claim and co-pay free. One Medical is in-network
with most major insurance carriers. See the list of

Does One Medical provide onsite
clinics?
Yes. One Medical partners with a number of
employers across a variety of segments to offer
holistic, onsite care.
