PLAN
Today, in Bangladesh everyone is going for government jobs. But I have only a little interest in
this. Everyone has their personal choices. I want to be independent in my profession. Like others
I also have a dream to be a businessman. But to accomplish my dream, I must go through some
steps. For now, I want to be a corporate job holder. I want to gather the experience and earn the
capital for my business. But my ultimate goal is to be a successful businessman and an
entrepreneur.
STRATEGIES
As I know, to reach my goal, I should have a proper roadmap and follow proper guideline. I have
a strategy which is made according to my research and knowledge. Here I am trying to write my
step-by-step planning to reach my goal.
1. Maintaining a good CGPA: Currently I am studying in BBA(Marketing) at Jatiya Kabi Kazi
Nazrul Islam University. As I know CGPA is important for a corporate job. So, I am trying to
keep my CGPA above 3.5 out of 4. So, now my goal is to complete my graduation with a good
CGPA. For that I have to focus on my academics and have to learn the theories which I can use
in my job.
2. Being skillful: I truly believe that there is no use of academic results if there is no skill. So, I
am trying to gain more skills day by day. Skills are very important for any job. From today there
are 8 months left this year (excluding this month). I have made a short plan for this year. Which I
am trying to follow.

3. Improving spoken English: Nowadays the demand for English language is increasing day by
day. I want to be a fluent speaker by this year. For that I am trying to improve my spoken
English. If I would not be able for a job, this English would help me for foreign education. Also
if I work as a freelancer this skill of English will help me a lot.
4. Building a good network: Network is key. In corporate sector or in business it is needed to
keep a good network and connection with involved people. In the corporate sector, it will work
as a recommendation and in business the stronger you can build a network the more you can
reach. I do not have that much connection with the corporate persons. I am looking for a way to
build a good connection with them.
5. Planning for future business: I want to set up a business in future. My primary niche is on
agriculture. I am planning for a unique and low competitive model. Which needs a good amount
of money. I am not able to arrange a good amount of money. That’s why I want to earn that much
money by doing a corporate job.
ACTION
Currently I am focusing on my academic study and gaining skill. Also, I am doing some research
on agriculture related knowledge. I am trying to do a good academic result. I am also trying to be
active in some clubs. I have enough lacking in my action. Because I do not have the proper
guideline for setting up the goal for my future.
