Human resource management, also known as human resource
management, it is the search, exploitation, management and use of
human resources in an enterprise in the most reasonable and effective
manner. Because it is the managers or employees who brings real
value to the company and society. So, this is a very important job
function of the business and affects the performance of every
business in any field. According to the theory learned, in order to have
a successful business today, it is certain to own a team of good,
talented employees and developed technology. However, there is
another factor that plays an equally important role, which is the
human resource department manager in the enterprise. Because they
have enough skills and knowledge to know the capability capacity of
each employees within the organisation. Thereby exploiting and
allocating human resources so that the whole company apparatus is
operating at the highest capacity. In addition, they are also the
organizers of training activities, activities, and networking programs
that create the company's culture. That indirectly promotes the
morale and positive working attitude of employees. Another
important role of human resource management is to contribute to
solving employment and welfare problems for employees of the
enterprise. From that reason, it can be seen that the human resource
management department plays a very important role that no business
or company can ignore if they want to develop sustainably.
In order to have a competent and effective human resource
manager, enterprises will recruit personnel by a series of candidate
search activities on social networking forums, such as, recruitment
websites, Facebook, WhatsApp, stay in touch with the university, etc.
After the business has contacted, interviewed and selected an
excellent candidate and suitable for the job and the company's
culture. First, in the human resource management department of the
enterprise, there will be a human resources department, which is an
employee in the company's human resources or reception
department. This is a position with a relatively light job and stable
income, not affected by external factors. For example, an
administrator working in the administrative and human resources
department will be responsible for work related to administrative
procedures, jobs related to archiving documents, storing personal
information, and customers. and company personnel. Although this
job is not difficult, it is also one of the important departments in the
company. Because this is a place to store a lot of important
information, it is provided which is utilised by many departments in
the company. If there is a mistake, it will have a big impact on the
company as it will lead to wrong decision making and future of the
business will be at stake.
Secondly, the department of communication Specialist is a job
of a communication specialist, mainly working within the company,
skilfully solving problems that may arise such as relationships,
cooperation between departments, etc. In addition, they must also
take up creative ideas to communicate the image of the business. For
example, to plan, prepare content or create an idea for an event to
promote products and brands of the business, the department of
communications specialists will undertake and prepare meticulously.
From there, communication staff will create trust with customers, at
the same time create sympathy and interest in the company's
products and services. From the above information, the department
of communications specialists in the human resource management
industry is also extremely important, it contributes to increasing the
company's sales and market share.
The third role of the human resource management industry is the
personnel planning and training department. The task of this position
is to plan the search for personnel through a variety of different
channels, ensuring the recruitment of enough human resources for
the company within the allotted time. In addition, you can also take
on the task of training and imparting knowledge to new employees.
From there, the management team of each part of the business will
be more certain. For example, human resource planning will forecast
the future human resource requirements of the business. Thereby
determining how to use existing human resources to meet
requirements. Simultaneously is the systematic planning process to
optimize the use of human resources. This process also helps to
ensure the match between labour and work, avoiding shortage or
excess of manpower. This part also makes an important contribution
to build up a business with full human resources with high efficiency
and long-term vision to make the business more and more developed.
In conclusion, in order to have a prosperous business, it is
necessary to have the roles of the human resource management
industry such as the manager of the administrative and human
resources department, the communication specialist department and
last but not least is personnel planning and training department. From
the information, we can see that the human resource management
industry plays a huge role, contributing to the company's revenue up.
Although every department is important in the company, but no
department is extremely important, each department will depend on
the time and depending on the importance in each moment and the
common purpose of these HR management roles is to contribute to
the company's revenue growth and stability.
