ABOUT Me
I am a student graduated from double specialties. I’ve participated courses
offered by various departments, including statistics, finance, management,
industrial engineering. Also, experiences of business competition and
extracurricular activities allow me to think from different perspectives.
Goal: Industrial Engineer
Among various IE’s job opportunities, I am attracted by responsibilities and
the future development of industrial engineer, and therefore set it as the goal
of the SWOT analysis.

Design and develop production layouts for company to increase
productivity and quality standards. Review current production
processes to find potential improvement and estimate production
costs.

take the initiative to hold on to the opportunities. Also, utilize external resources to
improve my current weakness.

keep enhancing my interdisciplinary

During my study in IEEM, except for taking
courses, practice managing time and
schedule properly while conducting
research.
Also, there may be opportunities to meet
people such as peers, professor, lecturer,
etc. Try to express ideas as much as
possible, and make points in a logical
order.
Conclusion
Let’s connect the required skills of industrial engineer with our strategies, we
can see below:
● Time management skills, which is mentioned to be improved in the WO
strategy, is strongly related to the project planning skill that industrial
engineer requires.
● Also, for the SO strategy, the interdisciplinary learning give me a wide
range of knowledge, such as finance and accounting method which may
be related to the cost analysis skills that industrial engineer required.
● Finally, both SO and WO strategies mention the relationship with people,
and that can enhance the ability to communicate.
All in all, the future study of master degree serve as a significant role in this
analysis and an important opportunity for my career. Therefore, I must try hard
to conduct these strategies and fulfill the goals in the future.
