Teenagers can live a healthier life by:
Having a healthy diet. A healthy diet, consisting of the major food groups in a healthy proportion and
cutting down on junk food will benefit the body. Engaging in exercise will also help the body as it
builds muscles and allows blood to flow properly. Having a good sleep schedule will also help with a
healthier style of living as it enables the body to cleanse itself and recharge for the following day. It
also helps increase your mood, which will further motivate you to keep up the healthy lifestyle.
