1. Chill out – to do something to help you calm down and relax after a
period of hard work, nervous tension or stress.
2. Critical thinking – the process of conceptualizing , analyzing, applying
or evaluating information to reach an answer or conclusion.
3. Outsmart – outwit, outplay or outthink someone by using clever
cunning tactics to defeat them
4. Immerse – I would immerse myself in a light novel during lunch
breaks.
5. Workload – These days, i’ve been suffering from severe stress and
depression due to the excessive amount of workload I have.
6. Recreational activities – activities that you do for pleasure or
amusement.
7. Reluctantly – So, most of the time, I would reluctantly stay home.
8. Accommodate – Nowadays, people can have access to more and
more entertainment facilities, and these facilities can accommodate
our demands for recreation at any time.
9. Content – Earlier people lived a content life but with changing times
people are less satisfied with what they have and are always on the
look out of doing more.

Hectic – Nowadays life is getting more and more hectic , so
people are always under an enormous amount of stress.

Induce – Entertainment can produce desired states such as
relaxation or arousal and can induce the range of human emotions
that enrich daily life.

Supplement – The emotional and social satisfactions provided
by entertainment are supplemented by their impact on executive
functioning and health.

Hang out with friends- to spend a lot of time in a particular
place or with particular people.

To be addicted to – liking something so much that you do not
want to stop doing it or having it.
15.
Interact- if people interact with each other, they talk to each
other, work together.
16.
Upload – if you upload information, a computer program etc ,
you move it from a small computer to computer network so people
can see or use it.
17.
Binge – to do too much of something, such as eating or
drinking, in a short period of time.
18.
Absorbing – enjoyable and interesting, and keeping your
attention for a long time.
