GUIDELINE FOR PLENARY SESSION
●
Please join the webinar by including your full name.
●
The link to join the plenary session was sent by e-mail to the registered
participants of the conference.
●
The conference will be divided into three sessions: plenary session,
parallel session and closing ceremony.
●
All sessions will take place on Zoom Meeting
(http://ugm.id/GAMAICEBGAMAICIConference2022).
●
The meeting ID is 981 3998 0331 and the passcode is 405312.
●
The plenary sessions will also be streamed on YouTube on the FEB UGM
channel.
●
The plenary sessions will take place in Zoom Meeting. Please, do not not
activate the video and voice.
●
The participant can post questions through Q&A on a zoom or chat box
on YouTube.
●
During the plenary sessions, the moderator will monitor these channels
to see if there are questions there and transfer them to the speakers of
the session.
●
The participants should fill the attendance form in the beginning session
and feedback form before the closing ceremony.
●
The link for the forms will be delivered through a chat room.
●
The certificate will be granted for participants who fill the forms above.
●

GUIDELINE FOR PARALLEL SESSION
●
The schedule of parallel sessions will be organized using the Zoom meeting
breakout rooms (http://ugm.id/GAMAICEBGAMAICIConference2022). The
meeting ID is 981 3998 0331 and the passcode is 405312.
●
The parallel session for GAMAICEB will be divided into seven different rooms
(Day 1) and eight different rooms (Day 2). The presenters will present their
research work in a specific room (please see the schedule attached).
●
The presentation and discussion will be led by chairperson.
●
Each parallel session will be chaired by one session chair per room.
●
Please join the parallel room five minutes before the presentation starts.
●
All participants must mute the audio during the parallel session, except for the
presenters and chairperson.
●
Chairperson will introduce the presenters and topic research before
presentation.
●
The presenter will be assigned approximately 15-20 minutes for presentation
and 5-10 minutes for Q & A (Question and Answer) session.
●
Each paper presentation will be closed by session chairperson with conveying
the conclusion for 3 minutes.
●
The chairperson is expected to make sure the session starts and finish on time
●
The chairperson is advised to provide feedback, comment, suggestions or ask
questions on the paper are presented.
●
The chairperson take responsibility to encourage critical discussion in the class
with the audience.
●
The chairperson is supposed to summarize the discussion during the session.
●
All participants are allowed to ask the question to presenters in the chat room.
●
All participants (including presenters) join the closing session after the parallel
session is completed.
