Part 1: Description of my note
I wrote this note to capture information related to the first lesson in the PM (Principles of
Management) subject. Writing these notes helps me review the lesson quickly and effectively
after class. I write notes like this to do well in exercises and to prepare well for exams.
Part 2: PAIBOC analysis
P - The purpose of this note is to record the main ideas, important and necessary information of
chapter 1 of the PM subject.
A - The audience of this note is me and my teammates.
I - The information included some main ideas like levels of management or four functions of
management and some important information from Chapter 1.
B - The benefit of this note is that it helps me review the lesson easier and faster. In addition, this
note also helps me perform well in my assignments and exams.
O - Maybe there won't be any objections because this is my note and it serves my learning
purpose.
C - This note was written while I was studying Chapter 1 of PM to help me summarize the main
ideas of the chapter and easily review it when necessary.
