Use of Email (receiving & sending for DCRs), with complete SOPs.
Downloading of DCRs, understanding of DCRs, section wise understanding of DCRs.
Storing of DCR everyday in the date folders.
Making a file of receiving or non-receiving of DCRs by the campuses.
By using DCRs making of other reports.
Such as E.C Enrolled, Paid & Present Students, and 10 Years Paid Data comparison report.
Making of R&T Enrolled & Present Strength (OS Campuses) report.
In E.C Enrolled, Paid & Present Students’ data is gained from DCR and then report into
E.C Enrolled, Paid & Present Students of 9th, 10th, 1st and 2nd year. Must not forget to tally
the totals.
In 10 Years Paid Data comparison report, data is also extracted from DCRs. I have made
report of December 2023.
Also, observations of DCRs.
Steps of Observations of DCRs are as follows:












Tally total admissions of DCRs with the ERP system.
Checkout all the formulas applied in the student section.
Unpaid students after 10th of month.
Tally all the totals.
Confirm all the inquires made.
Checkout all the details of Left students.
Tally all the absentees calls with the number of absent students.
Checkout all the details of Faculty’s presence in and out time.
Detail of Replacement Work (In Teacher's Absence).
Checkout all the details of test conduction with the present students, also test returned
details.
Checkout all the details of Management staff presence in and out time.
Checkout all the details of Meeting, Class observation, Student counselling and others.
A new report
Making of a new report of:
That shows a difference between R&T and DCRs of Enrolled students.
That difference is way more important, because it tells us what are weaknesses of our organization.
Furthermore, what are the mistakes and blunders.
Use of ERP system
Use of Student Strength Report and tally with the DCRs.
Use of Excel
A new kind of usage of excel that was different from my past usage. Making of reports in numbers
only, without typing only just to present without words I learned of usage of excel cells colors that
can completely change the way of reports. It is not about your own knowledge it is about work of
the organization.
Email
Emails are the official way of communication. Always use formal language and act according to
the SOPs of email that are given by the organization itself. Also, who to put in CC. Organization
is using both the Outlook and Gmail.
