Shelf Life or Storage Life
The Life of the Material depends on Storage Condition.
Chemical Composition / properties remain same even with the passage of time.
Mechanical Property like Tensile Strength may vary due to strain aging of extended period of time.
Visual appearance like color of material may deteriorate depending on storage condition.

Cold Drawn Wires
Wire drawing division of FSPC has world’s best wire
drawing machines with all advanced features of
on line inspection with laser detected diameter
measurement and tension sensors with PLC controlled
mechanism.
• Drawing mechanism is carefully designed
to ensure optimum process.
Cold Rolled Coil and Deformed Bar
Cold Rolling division of FSPC has high speed rolling line from best
European rolling line machine manufacturer with all modern PLC
control mechanism to reduce diameter and increase tensile strength of
plain hot roll steel with dimensional accuracy and standard ribs
formation required for bonding stren- gth in construction sector.
Rolling technology from EUROLLS has added another dimension in
having consistency in product quality.
• Uniform coil weight.
• Traceability of coils.
Cold drawn wires are produced as per ASTM and DIN
standards from low carbon & medium
carbon steel for different applications such as:
1. Spring wire for automobile industry.
2. Spring for General engineering .
3. Fasteners industry
4. Mattress spring industry
5. Construction sector
6. General industrial needs
