NATURE OF THE BUSINESS
Jom’s Archive is an apparel shop which sells vintage clothing. It is a
small outdoor shop with cozy place surroundings by flowers and plants that
will be customer stress reliever and feel the nostalgia and aesthetic of the
Philippines. It is also a shop that will support the local product of the
Philippines.

FUNDING REQUIREMENTS AND SOURCE OF FUNDS
Its hard to start up a business with a loan from a bank or family/friends.
So, in my younger years, I saved money little by little to start my business and
finally to start and plan my business. I will also apply my learnings in my
business class, to earn my goals in my business to earn profit. With the help
of my family and friends, I’m emotionally, spiritually, and physically encourage
to start my business and with the consideration of all my expenses and
budgetary requirements of my business.

Jom’s Archive is selling affordable rare clothing rice . So, our shop is a
merchandising business – takes raw materials and creates a product or
assembles pre-made components into a product and a manufacturer
may sell its products directly to its customers, or it can outsource sales
to another company.

is a micro business. On the other hand, our business cannot conduct
market research through shortage of funds. Therefore, we can sustain product
positioning through other way (i.e. free taste, survey etc.) so, the data will be
gathered is use for to know the customer’s opinion that will maximize the profit
instead maximizing the expense to avoid bankruptcy or turn the business
down.

Our wealth management process is based on a commitment both to

As the time goes by, vintage clothing becomes a high commodity to
people. So our company is committed in finding these kind of product satisfy
our customers
CONSUMER ANALYSIS
Jom’s archive has a cheaper price that can afford of many Filipinos.
So, anyone has the capacity to buy good quality clothes. Especially, the
location of the business is near school, church and some villages or
subdivisions. So, the possible customer of the shop are students, church
servants and villagers. It has no age limit and can avail of everyone.

COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
Based on my inspection, the threat of potential new competitors can be
moderate affect the vendors. But instead to compete with them, I will take the
responsibility to gather them as my business partners to perform and
generate in other place and expand the availability of our product.

In recent times, the rice cakes market has witnessed a staggering
number of new products introduced to the market by many regional and
international players which is significantly supporting the growth of the rice
cakes market worldwide. Indeed, manufacturers of rice-based snack are
launching wide range of products with a blend of unique ingredients which is
grabbing the attention of consumers and consequently boosting the demand.
Therefore, Pao Rice Cakes wants to invent and produce some healthy and
convenient rice cakes for everyone.

MARKETING POSITION
People become fond of vintage clothes. Especially now they can buy branded
clothes in cheap price.
MARKETING STRATEGY
The marketing strategy of Jom’s Archive are social media and promos
near in our shop. Social media will help us to market our different homemade
rice cakes through mouth melting photo including the price. Also, to recognize

the shop we will implicate the cozy setting as instagramable features.
Especially, featuring different recreations or indoor activities (i.e. board
games, PS4 and many more) that will result of enjoyment of our customer.
