Answer:
For me announced observation is effective because it allows teachers to
prepare, ensuring they can showcase their best practices and creates a less
stressful environment, promoting a positive experience for both the observer
and the teacher.
2. Which is MORE important in the teaching-learning process,
a. The what to teach or the how to teach? Why?
Answer:
How to teach is more important because an effective instructional strategies
can make even challenging content accessible to students. Engaging teaching
methods enhance student understanding, retention, and application of
knowledge. Also, a skilled teacher can adapt and present content in various
ways to meet diverse learning needs. While both are crucial, the "how to teach"
holds particular significance because effective pedagogy can make learning
more engaging, accessible, and meaningful.
