Green Area and Grass verge outside estate walls:









Green areas and verges shall be maintained in a healthy growing condition: Grass shall be mowed at least every fourteen days during the growing season, March – November, and
as needed in other seasons.
Green areas shall be edged after each mowing or as needed for neat appearance.
Cuttings shall be collected from green areas and verges and removed from site
Green areas shall be treated with Autumn Lawn Food.
Trees shall be pruned and sprayed as needed.
A selective organic weed killer shall be applied to grass areas during peak growing season 3 times per
year.
Leaves inside and outside the premises to be taken off site
Watering of grass, plants and shurbs
Shrub/Climber Care within the premises:
Maintain shrubs/Climbers in a healthy, growing condition by performing the following:





Prune shrubs/climbers to keep natural shapes, eliminate diseased or damaged growth and maintain
growth within space limitations.
Climbers to be trained up the perimeter wall.
Maintain control of insects and plant disease with approved materials.
Keep shrub/flower beds and areas between plants free of weeds.
Keep hedge on road front trimmed to tidy appearance.
General Outdoor Maintenance








Hard-surface areas to be kept weed-free and sprayed, especially all curbs around the premises.
Paths to be kept clear of leaves and slippery moss all year round and should be power washed where
appropriate.
Fallen leaves to be collected and removed from site all year round.
Fallen boughs/Trees to be collected and removed throughout the winter months when required
Trees on grass verges within the premises to be pruned and sprayed as needed
Initiative to be shown in picking up of all rubbish both inside and outside the premises and keeping
premises clean and tidy.
Where grass is bare grass will be replanted asap
Drains to be kept weed free and emptied of leaves and debris.

These to be weeded on a monthly basis and nurtured March to October.

Cleaning Services


Common areas to be hoovered, dusted and mopped
Hall windows to be cleaned
Bin Shed


Bin shed to be kept tidied and power washed as needed

Gravel Drive

To be occasionally racked to stop compacting and keep gravel evenly distributed
