Increasing R1 decreases the damping ratio. This makes sense because as R1 approaches 0, the voltage
across the resistor approaches 0. Since V0 would then be in parallel with the capacitor and inductor, the
oscillations would disappear. As R1 approaches infinity, the resistor uses all the voltage V0, making the
circuit a simple harmonic oscillator with no damping.
