of your article and includes your primary keyword. Your heading
should be a question.
Divide your article into five sections using H2 headings that address the key points or questions related to your topic.
Include secondary keywords where appropriate.
Review your research and identify the five most important points or questions related to your topic.
Write clear and concise headings that reflect these points or questions.
Include your primary or secondary keywords in the headings where appropriate.
Arrange the headings in a logical order, ensuring that they flow smoothly and guide your readers through the

Use at least three H3 headings (under each H2 heading) to further break down each section into smaller subsections,

the submitted article and validate the writer's self-assessment.
Here's how the QA process unfolds:
Checklist Review:
The QA officer begins by reviewing the completed Writer's Checklist provided by the author. This serves as an initial
overview of the writer's self-assessment and gives the QA officer an expectation of the article's conformity to our
guidelines.
Article Review:
Next, the QA officer thoroughly reads the submitted article. The aim is not only to confirm the presence of the elements
ticked off in the checklist, but also to assess the overall quality, coherence, and style of the content.
Checklist Verification:
Following the review of the article, the QA officer will then compare the checklist against the actual article. Each point on
the checklist that aligns with the content in the article will be ticked off. This step ensures that the writer has accurately
completed the checklist and that all necessary elements have been included in the article.

Once the verification is complete, the QA officer will then assign a score for each criterion based on our scoring system.
The score is determined by the degree to which the article adheres to each specific guideline. The scoring is
comprehensive, taking into account all areas of our guidelines: Research, Structure, Writing Style, Technical Checks, and
Hyperlinks.
Feedback & Improvement:
After scoring, the QA officer will provide detailed feedback to the writer. This includes areas where the writer excelled,
areas requiring improvement, and specific suggestions for enhancing the content. This feedback is essential for
continuous learning and improvement.
Final Decision:
Based on the scores and the overall quality of the article, the QA officer will make a final decision. If the article meets our
standards, it will be approved for publishing. If it requires minor revisions, the writer will be asked to make corrections
within a day or on the next working day. However, if the article does not meet our standards, it will be scrapped and the
necessary actions will be taken—this could include further training or issuing a warning to the writer.
Article Score System
This scoring system is designed to ensure high-quality content production, improve writer skills,
and maintain consistency across all our publications. This system assesses your work across five
main areas: Research, Structure, Writing Style, Technical Checks, and Hyperlinks.
Here's how it works:
Research
The first criterion is the depth and relevance of your research.
Above 90%: Your research is thorough, including well-considered 'People Also Ask' questions and related searches. In
recognition of your good work, you'll receive short feedback for long-term improvement and acknowledgement.
80% to 90%: You've missed one or two elements from the research criteria. Detailed feedback will be provided, and you'll
be expected to make corrections within a day or on the next working day.
Less than 80%: If more than two elements from the research criteria are missing, the article will be scrapped. We'll
assess whether you need further training or if a warning is necessary.
Structure
The structure of your content is as important as the research behind it.
Above 90%: The heading structure is logically arranged, flows well, and the content aligns with the topic. For work well
done, you'll receive brief feedback for long-term improvement and commendation.
80% to 90%: If you miss one or two elements, detailed feedback will be given, and corrections must be made within a
day or on the next working day.

The quality of your writing style is evaluated in this section.
Above 90%: If your article adheres to all the writing style guidelines, you'll receive detailed feedback for improvement.
Corrections must be made within a day or on the next working day.
80% to 90%: If you miss one to three elements, detailed feedback will be provided, and corrections must be made
promptly.
