Technical Alerts

General Information
Technical Alerts are brief items of immediate interest to Operations, Maintenance, Loss
Prevention, Security, Engineering, and Project Management organizations throughout
Saudi Aramco. Technical Alerts are written and issued to quickly communicate items
of technical importance throughout the Company.
To streamline and centralize the process of issuing new Technical Alerts, a new
guideline has been reviewed and endorsed by the Saudi Aramco Board of Engineers
(BOE). In the course of approving and issuing the new Technical Alerts, Engineering
Services Subject Matter Experts’ review and concurrence are required through their
department’s head.
Therefore, Technical Alerts will only be issued for publication once reviewed and
approved by Engineering Services concerned departments.

Technical Alert to the Standards Website.
